Heath Wade is one of the owners of Technical Staffing Solutions, a Birmingham based IT and Engineering recruiting firm that specializes in helping companies meet their full-time and project based hiring needs. He has over ten years experience in the recruiting industry which includes roles in recruiting, sales, and management.

Prior experience includes managing Fortune 500 Adecco Technical’s Birmingham operation which recruited professionals for companies that ranged in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He also served as an Account Manager for MATRIX Resources, a leading Information Technology recruiting firm that ranks in the top 50 U.S. IT Servicing Firms.

Heath Wade is a native of Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Alabama. He is an active member of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management serving on the Board of BSHRM in 2007 and 2008. He also has served on the Board of TechBirmingham and the Birmingham Exchange Club. Heath currently serves on the Birmingham Chamber’s Board of Trustees.

Heath volunteers for the Birmingham based non-profit Hand-In-Paw organization which provides teams of handlers and pets to serve as therapeutic tools in medical, social service, and education settings for children and youth. He also is involved in the Outreach Programs with Church of the Highlands.
